One of the things I am interested in is customer experience. Katherine Stone over at Decent Marketing has a good idea that seems so obvious to those who have innovation on the mind.
Why doesn't Dunkin Donuts have a video feed out to its drive thru line to show people what donuts they actually have at the moment you're there to buy? Every time I go, they're out of what I want. And if I knew they had something new, I might buy that too, but since I'm not in the store I have no idea. It seems like common sense to me.
